Pent up and alone in her room, a mentally distressed young woman spirals into an emotional breakdown after burning her beloved focaccia to a crisp. With no one to confide in, she pulls out paper and pencil to tell her story. Our story.

For our capstone project, we wanted to make a short film to take back our time. "Those burnt leftovers. I hate them." is a cinematic representation of our personal experiences with joy, frustration, excitement, and deep depression over the years.
